All TorqueSim products require sporadic internet connections to verify license data to activate the aircraft. Our products use Gizmo, which requires a re-activation every 15 days. By default, Gizmo will try to update the license every time you launch any aircraft in X-Plane. If the 15 days have not elapsed when the license is updated, you should not be required to sign in again. If the 15 days have elapsed, you may be prompted for your X-Aviation credentials.
Additionally, some of our products use an additional integrity verification system that requires internet. For these products, an internet connection must be established while the product is loaded every approximately 16 days. If the validity period expires, once internet connectivity is reestablished (on a new load of X-Plane), the system will renew, and no further action is needed. No sign-in is required for this system.
