In order for us to debug nearly any issue you are experiencing, it is imperative that you provide us with your log.txt file.
This file is located inside the root X-Plane 11 or X-Plane 12 folder and is simply called log.txt (based on system settings, it may appear as just log if file extension visibility is disabled). This file is recreated every single time you launch X-Plane, so make sure to load the aircraft you are contacting support about before sending the log.
The only way we can properly debug the issue is with the full uploaded log.txt file. Do not take screenshots/pictures of the file, send only a snippet of the file, edit or modify the file in any way, or copy/paste the contents of the file.
Take Command! SR22 Series additional log files:
In addition to the standard log files, we also save engine log files to a separate location. These files can be found in X-Plane 11/Output/SR22, and files for the SR22 Normally Aspirated will be prefixed by NA_ while files for the SR22TN will be prefixed by TN_. We will ask for these specific files when necessary.
