The SR2X aircraft use a free-castoring nose-wheel, and as such the aircraft is modeled in-sim as such. This takes significant practice to get used to, as it behaves very differently than many other aircraft on the ground.
For those that wish to have the nose-wheel turn with the rudder, these steps can be followed.

- Open the SR20/SR22 aircraft model of choice in Plane Maker (an application bundled with X-Plane when installed)
- In the landing gear dialog, set the nose gear slow and fast steering limits to 10° (this is a recommendation, setting greater might result in a better outcome, such as 15°). [See figure]
- Uncheck the "Castors" checkbox for the nose gear. [See figure]
- Save the aircraft and load in X-Plane.
To revert to the previous version of the aircraft, re-download and run the appropriate SR20/SR22 installer. Also of note, any update will revert these modifications.
